Originally from New York, I now call sunny San Antonio, Texas home. I’ve been married for 25 years, I’m a mom to two grown children, and a proud grandmother.
I’ve always found it fascinating to look back and see whether the dreams we had as kids actually led us where we ended up.
For me… I followed the path—at least in spirit 😊
When I was little, I wanted to be a hairdresser. I even took matters into my own hands and cut my own hair at age four. Let’s just say headbands were a staple until I was ten.
What I did know early on was that I loved being around people. I was labeled the “ring leader” at a very young age—go figure.
After a short stint as a hairdresser (still helping people), I joined the Air Force. It turned into a wonderful career filled with incredible people, leadership, planning, organizing, meetings—and most importantly, serving others on a large scale.
Then after almost 30 years retirement came… and life went from fast-paced to a full stop.
Where were my people?
Who was I serving?
Hello, identity crisis.
That pause helped me realize something powerful: my true passion has always been health, fitness, and helping others grow physically, mentally, and emotionally so they can live strong, healthy, fulfilling lives.
And empowering women? I never let that go. That was part of Air Force life too.
Today, that passion shows up in my coaching connecting with others, building relationships, setting goals, and lifting each other up as we reach them together.
